This journey will exclusively take you through the sand dunes, which, despite its scenic beauty, poses one of the most challenging terrains for hiking. Walking up and down the dunes requires effort, but the serene ambiance and stunning views of the Erg Chegaga dunes will make the experience worthwhile.

HIGHLIGHTS:

The tour begins from Foum Zguid, heading towards Lake Iriki. The adventure trek takes you across the dunes towards the south of Chegaga, involving challenging ascents and descents. The trek concludes with a return to Foum Zguid.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Foum Zguid - Lake Iriki

Meet your guide and driver in Foum Zguid. Take a 4x4 to Lake Iriki, where you'll encounter the camel team.

Day 2:

Embark on the adventure early morning from Lake Iriki, crossing the dunes toward the south of Chegaga. The trek involves navigating challenging terrain, with continuous ascents and descents, suitable for advanced and sporty individuals.

Day 3:

Meet the driver in the south of Chegaga, who will transport you back to Foum Zguid.
