Embark on an unforgettable adventure starting from Foum Zguid as you traverse the diverse landscapes of the desert. Departing in the morning, you'll follow unique trails leading to Lake Iriki. Once a thriving habitat for a variety of wildlife, including gazelles, ducks, gulls, and flamingos, the lake has transformed into a vast, arid expanse, devoid of much vegetation and shade.

However, this tour promises more than just the stark scenery. You'll have the opportunity to explore a nomadic school and stay overnight in a guest house within a nomadic village, immersing yourself in the local culture.

Our Sahara trip begins in Foum Zguid and takes you through the mesmerizing landscapes of Chegaga Sahara Desert. Enjoy a camel ride and spend a magical night at "Bivouac les Nomades." Then, embark on a camel ride to Lake Iriki, where the second night will be spent in a guest house. The journey continues to explore the Chagaga dunes before returning to Foum Zguid.

DAY 1: FOUM ZGUID TO CHEGAGA DUNES
We'll pick you up from your Riad, hotel, or camping site in Foum Zguid with our 4x4. If you have a smaller car and are arriving in Foum Zguid, no worries – we provide a secure parking space.

Our desert tour begins towards Lake Iriki. Driving 67 km through the Moroccan Sahara, we'll reach Bivouac les Nomades, nestled in the vast dunes of Lake Iriki. Along the way, we'll take a short break to explore the fossil-rich area of Foum Zguid. Feel free to request stops for capturing beautiful moments on camera.

Upon reaching Bivouac les Nomades, you'll spend your first night in the desert, surrounded by the hospitality of the nomads. If interested, we can arrange a camel ride to a towering sand dune for a breathtaking sunset view.

DAY 2: FROM BIVOUAC LES NOMADES TO GUEST HOUSE IN THE PARADISE OASIS OF LAKE IRIKI
After a traditional nomadic breakfast, your camel team awaits to cross the dry Lake Iriki. With essential items for the camel ride in tow, you'll take in the scenic beauty and have a tea break in the middle of Lake Iriki. Arriving at the oasis and guest house, your lunch awaits.

In the evening, meet your desert guide who will share insights into nomadic survival in the Lake Iriki desert and the Sahara nomads' history.

DAY 3: FROM PARADISE OASIS BACK TO FOUM ZGUID
Depart the oasis of Sidi Abd Enbi at nine in the morning, heading back to Foum Zguid. On the return journey, there's an option to visit the oasis near the Tajine mountain.
