We are a family of desert guides, musicians, cooks, camel herders, and community-builders: people who call the Sahara home, and want to share it with honesty, depth, and care.

The desert gives without needing to be loud.  You’ll feel it when you arrive: the stillness, the generosity, the stories hidden in wind and stone.  We don’t rush it. We welcome you into it: as a guest, a friend.

Who we are

We come from nomadic Berber roots, raised between dunes and dry rivers, oases and fire circles. Our lives once moved with the camels, the weather, the stars. Today, many of us live between the desert and the village, but our connection to the land remains unchanged.
From our base in Foum Zguid, we run ethical, small-scale desert tours that stay true to our culture, protect the land, and directly support our community — especially nomadic women and children.

Giving Back to the People of the Desert

This land gives us everything — and we believe it’s our responsibility to give back to the people who call it home.
That’s why a portion of every tour goes directly to supporting local families and nomadic communities. Your journey helps fund:

Education for nomadic children, including school transport and supplies
Mobile healthcare in remote desert areas
Training and fair jobs for local guides, cooks, and artisans
Access to clean water, solar power, and daily essentials for families living far from towns

Eco-Tourism & Desert Protection .:

The desert is fragile. We do everything we can to protect it:

No single-use plastics in camp — we use clay water pots and wash basins
Desert clean-up days — guests are invited to join if they wish
We limit water use, reuse materials, and build sustainably
We train local youth as future guides, cooks, and storytellers — keeping skills alive
