Day 1: Agadir → Foum Zguid → Lake Iriki & Erg Chegaga | 380KM

Your adventure begins in Agadir, heading south along the stunning Atlantic coast. We’ll pass through the charming seaside towns of Mirleft and Lgzira Beach before arriving in the artistic town of Sidi Ifni. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit the unique White Beach and explore the town’s distinctive Spanish-colonial architecture. The night is spent in a charming guesthouse in Sidi Ifni.

Day 2: Full Desert Immersion in Erg Chegaga | 30KM 

After breakfast, our journey continues inland toward the heart of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, culminating in our arrival at the serene oasis town of Tafraoute. This secluded location provides a peaceful haven, perfect for unwinding amidst its natural beauty. You can relax, explore the unique rock formations, and immerse yourself in the local culture by visiting the bustling Wednesday market, experiencing a traditional hammam, or tasting the local delicacy, Amlou. The night is spent in a guesthouse in Tafraoute.

Day 3: From the Deep Desert to Aït Ben Haddou | 30KM off road
After breakfast, we leave the mountains behind and journey toward the Sahara. Our route takes us through Tata, a small oasis city known for its ancient kasbahs and lush palm groves. We’ll then pass by Tissint to see its famous waterfalls before taking on the legendary Paris-Dakar off-road piste. This thrilling drive will lead us to the Elagairmia Oasis, where we will enjoy a picnic lunch under the shade of palm trees. Along the way, we will visit a marine fossil site and finally cross the vast dried bed of Lake Iriki to reach the remote dunes of Erg Chegaga. The night is spent at a nomadic desert camp.

Day 4: Aït Ben Haddou → Taznakht → Agadir | Approx. 300KM

Awake to a stunning desert sunrise. After breakfast, we begin our journey from the deep desert, heading toward Mahamid Elghizlane, the last town before the Sahara. We’ll continue through the stunning Hamada, making a significant stop in Tamgroute to visit its ancient Quranic school and renowned pottery workshops. We’ll pass through Zagora and then on to our final destination for the day, the historic oasis of Agdez, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Aït Ben Haddou → Taznakht → Agadir | Approx. 300KM

Our final day is a journey through a landscape of cinematic history and stunning mountain passes. We’ll travel from Agdez to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa,” and visit the famous film studios. We then proceed to the magnificent Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to explore its breathtaking architecture. Our final journey takes us through Taznakht and Taliouine before arriving back in Agadir, concluding your unforgettable 5-day adventure.
