Day 1: Ouarzazate → Foum Zguid → Lake Iriki
Your adventure begins when you meet our expert guide and driver in Ouarzazate. They can pick you up from your hotel or riad to begin your journey. You will travel south to Taznakht, a town famous for its traditional Berber carpets. After a brief stop, the drive continues to Foum Zguid, the last city before the Sahara. After a traditional lunch, we will go off-road toward the Tajine Mountains, visiting the Oasis of Elagermia and ancient fossil beds. We will then cross the vast, dry bed of Lake Iriki to reach our desert camp, nestled in the heart of the dunes. You will enjoy a sunset camel ride, a traditional dinner, and music around the fire.

Day 2: Day Discovery from Lake Iriki Camp
After breakfast at Bivouac Les Nomades, the day is dedicated to a desert safari to discover the surrounding area. We will drive to the nearby dunes of Erg Elghoul, and visit the nomadic school and the old kser of Zawiat with its ancient oasis. You will have a unique opportunity to share lunch with our family, giving you a personal glimpse into the Bedouin way of life. We will then return to the camp for a second night in the magnificent desert of Lake Iriki.

Day 3: Lake Iriki → Tamgroute → Zagora → Ouarzazate
After a final breakfast in the dunes, we will begin our journey back. We will take an off-road track through the stunning dunes of Erg Chegaga toward M’hamid Elghizlane. The journey continues to Tamgroute to visit its renowned ceramic workshops, ancient Jewish Kasbah, and the famous Koranic school. We will then head north, passing through Zagora and returning to Ouarzazate, concluding your unforgettable desert adventure.
